Complaints
As a voluntary advocacy service our role is to work alongside parents and family members with full transparency and consent.
If you have engaged with FIN Victoria and have a complaint there are a number of ways for you to have that complaint heard and addressed.
- If you feel comfortable to do so please speak to the FIN Victoria representative you dealt with.
- You can also contact our President, Vice President or Secretary by email at info@finvic.org.au, they will respond within 2 business days.
- If your complaint has not been addressed satisfactorily you can refer your complaint to the Department of Social Services. They can be contacted on 1300 653 227 or by email at complaints@dss.gov.au. Our organisation is a recipient of DSS Volunteer Grants.
